Learn More About Our Parish Support Program

Any parish in the Diocese of Grand Rapids that does not have a school will also offer limited support. To request support from your parish, please complete a Parish Support Form and have it signed by the pastor or business manager. When returned to the Holy Trinity office, the parishioner rate for tuition will be given.

Financial Assistance and Scholarship Forms

Financial aid for is available for families who qualify. To apply for financial aid for your Holy Trinity student, you must complete a Blackbaud Bishop Scholarship Tuition Assistance form. Click here for detailed instructions.

The form can be completed only online (click here for application). Any applications completed after the deadline are not considered for first round of disbursements of Diocesan or Parish scholarships, and may reduce the amount of financial aid awarded. EVERY FAMILY MUST APPLY TO RECEIVE ANY FUNDS.

Additional Financial Assistance

Some financial assistance programs can be started before a child is even enrolled and some programs offer friends and family members the opportunity to earn savings toward student tuition.

SCRIP Program

With a little planning ahead, SCRIP can lead to big tuition savings! SCRIP is a program where gift cards or gift certificates are purchased and used for the full face value and a percentage of the face value is credited to a specific child’s tuition account. SCRIP can be used at participating grocery stores, gas stations, retail stores, fast food, full service restaurants, etc. Click here for a list of participating vendors. Friends and relatives can also purchase SCRIP and apply their proceeds to a specific child’s tuition account.

SIGN UP Go online to shopwithscrip.com to sign up. We are registered as Holy Trinity Church- GR. You will need our Enrollment Code which is available by contacting Jennifer Mitchell to sign up online. Fill in all blanks. Online you will have the ability to enter the student’s name for whom you would like the SCRIP credits to be awarded and also a classroom or group area.

In these areas please make note of any special directions for the use of your credits. Your SCRIP will be delivered to the school, the coordinator will put it into an envelope and send it home with your oldest/only student at Holy Trinity School. If you do not have a student in school, you will be able to pick up your order at the church rectory.
